Your current SLA appropriately states that Relax & Play Stays does not guarantee a specific occupancy rate, number of bookings, or level of rental income.

Property owners remain responsible for their property and for maintaining required licenses, permits, insurance, safety equipment, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, HOA requirements, and short-term rental requirements.

Specific responsibilities of Relax & Play Stays and the property owner are established in the applicable Co-Hosting Agreement and Service Level Agreement.

Those agreements may contain terms regarding fees, services, responsibilities, property access, maintenance, repairs, termination, insurance, liability, and other matters specific to your engagement.

These Website Terms & Conditions do not replace or modify a separate written agreement between Relax & Play Stays LLC and a client.

Your current SLA expressly provides that it supplements the Co-Hosting Agreement and that the Co-Hosting Agreement governs in the event of a conflict.
